I was given HCG by my OB/GYN - they started me on this.. but after research, I found I can mix my own "brew" for a fraction of the price - and that is what I have had to do. You can do it 1 of 2 ways!
1. Pharmaceutical Grade Hcg -- you mix it yourself -- the cons to this is you have to gather your supplies yourself!
2. Homeopathic Hcg - Already mixed and ready to go! -- I explain these below!
You have to follow this protocol: Pounds and Inches - This is a protocol created by Dr. Simeons back in 1950 - You can start reading really on page 28 or so.... that is where the bulk of the "rules" a.k.a. "protocol" are. A lot of people try to "tweak" it.. and I know it doesn't make sense of why you can have only certain things... I don't fully understand the science behind it all... all I know is it is working for me - and I am learning to just "FOLLOW THE RULES" and quit trying to make it into something else!
Pharmaceutical Grade Hcg
I ordered 5000i.u. HCG from http://www.reliablerxpharmacy.com - I ordered enough for several rounds because you pay $25 shipping regardless of how much you order, so it made sense to order what I was going to need at 1 time -
I followed mamaclok's instructions for mixing - Mamaclok is a youtube screen name for a lady - I watched most of her VLOGS on HCG and she has come a LONG, LONG way -- Here is a link to her VLOG on mixing - You mix your HCG with Sublingual B-12 vitamin 4 oz bottle)- which I ordered off of Amazon along with my Colloidal Silver (2 oz bottle) -- I already had a brown bottle with a dropper top (like this one) from the batch I got from my Dr - and you can get this from a pharmacy or health food store -- or you can order a hcg sub-lingual mixing kit (but that is $$)...If your dropper doesn't have measurements on it, you will need a kids oral syringe or the like to dose with.
Homeopathic Hcg
I am a part of a support group forum that I found at www.miracleskinnydrops.com - They sell homeopathic drops -- I have never used their product, but I would if I never needed to do HCG again -- Not all homeopathic drops are quality and work for everyone, but this site has been a great resource for me - I would trust their product. The support group is through Facebook called "Little Choices Matter" it is a closed group -- so all of our postings are private.. but there we can vent, get help, rejoice with ours and others successes -- because we are all in the same boat! I went to their website and filled out a "get Help" form and they added me to the group -- or you can facebook/email me and I can add you to the group -- :)
This is all... Follow the rules in Pounds and Inches - Get good quality drops (mix your own or Miracle Skinny Drops) - do not get HCG that says "Hormone Free" --
You can email me at tbayles@charter.net if you have questions.
Hope this helps!
