ROUND 4 P3 STABLE!!

I have been stable this p3! and am so thankful for that... I had a Chick Fil A yesterday (with some waffle fries!) I was waiting for a gain to happen... but it didn't!  I know I can't do that often, but it was good and I enjoyed my meal (with my son who ADORES CFA!)  We enjoyed our lunch, I was prepping for a correction day, but I don't have to do one! Thank you Lord Jesus!

My friend who I haven't seen in a long time wanted me to put up new pics.. I will do that this coming week.. my lovely dd will be home and she is a good photographer - I will get her to take a few shots!

I am fixing to go have some coffee.. and enjoy my morning! Have a great day!

Round 4 P3 Update 10

Holding steady Again! YAY!!! That is what I want...

Feeling good! I had 2 pieces of Ezekiel Bread cinnamon toast for breakfast yesterday with coffee with Heavy Cream and my English Toffee Stevia in it.. YUM YUM! I had a grilled steak and sauteed mushrooms and onion for lunch and a chicken salad for supper -- with some fresh strawberries for dessert! all is well... I love my water -- I don't think I will ever stop drinking my water now... I love it too much -it satisfies me! I just had EZ bread french toast with Joseph's syrup for breakfast, with strawberries and some coffee -- YUM YUM!!! will have tuna for lunch and we are going to Outback for supper where I will have grilled veggies, steak and a salad -- Having No Plan is a Plan to FAIL! So I am stating my plan here so I will have it written out and in my head! Stay on target! Stay STABLE that is my goal!

Fixing to add daily walking on the greenway with my hubby and 8y.o. daughter-- his semester is slowing down and I have ordered me a pair of Chacos that are good for walking -- I can't wait to get them in! I will try to go walking today - but today is a BUSY day, hopefully I can work it in!

Round 4 P3 Update 9

Holding steady! My friend Sharon started her first round of HCG and has lost 9.5 lbs in 1 week! Yeah!!! So happy for her! She feels good and is watching her blood pressure and sugar -- and so far it is staying UNDER CONTROL!!! YAY! She hopes to get off her meds for good! I know she can do it!

Round 4 P3 Update 8

Did a steak day yesterday (correction day!) and was down 2.2 this morning! I am eating clean, high protein today to hopefully come a lil' more down! I love this time of stabilizing and learning to eat correctly -- it has been so easy so far!

My friends (: at Precept today noticed and that was nice! Some may even stop by my blog and say hello!

Weight today was +.2 above ldw (Last Dosage Weight) not bad! I am within range -- I had about 32oz of steak last night and an apple for supper! I don't like doing correction days like that, but at t he same time, it was tasty!

Round 4 P3 Update 7

I did the steak day on Saturday -- I had about 35 oz of sirloin for supper (YES, HUGE I KNOW!) and 1 tomato for supper! I was down 2.0 the next morning which put me at my ldw!

I goofed and did not watch closely what I ate on Sunday -- I had an Almond Milk Protein shake for breakfast, chicken salad (nuts, mayo, cream cheese chicken and celery) for lunch (2 large servings!) and salad for lunch... same for supper, but it was Ceasar dressing (it has 1 gram of sugar in it!) but I had more than I should of Chicken salad, a few mac nuts and water -- I was up 2.6 this morning! YUK! Doing a steak day today and will do a steak and cheese day tomorrow! I will get back down, to hopefully below LDW -- I do not want to use this weight as a set point -- I will get it under control! Thank goodness there are correction days...

I don't see in Pounds and Inches where you have to START your 21 days over... but...it really doesn't matter.. I have to eat right no matter what day it is! so.... I have to have my good protein on hand and ready to EAT! and no more added "junk" -- I really don't understand being up so much this morning... but I kinda expected it a little... I didn't eat anything illegal! (except the lil' sugar in the Ceasar dressing -- ) oh well.. you do what you can do and forget the rest!

I'll let you know how the steak and steak and cheese back to back - goes! :/ ..... Hoping to pull of 4 pounds!, yes, I said it 4 pounds + would be great! crazy I know. but I have to master my weight before it masters me!

I was up 2lb above my ldw (still within range!) but I am doing a steak day today! we will see about the results tomorrow! In the mean time... I like my steak Med. Rare!

Round 4 P3 Update 6

Didn't loose but only .2 lbs from yesterday, but still stable! No problems! I think following ALL the rules helped! I had my milk during my p2 and my grissini - and so far, no real problems stabilizing!

I am having a bday gathering for a friend tomorrow...we are having hamburgers, home fries (no, not me!) Ramen noodle cabbage salad, baked beans... I will have meat and greens thank you very much! and a piece of my p3 cheese cake that I LOVE!!!! and maybe I will make some CD right now, I am out and I love my CD fix!

Just 1 more full week from Sunday and if I stay stable -- then I am "safe"--

I think I didn't have enough fat yesterday -- all I ate was flank steak and cheese! but... anyway... at least I did not gain!

Round 4 P3 Update 5

Still stable! I did gain today -- I had corned beef and cabbage yesterday... could be the salt... I did not do anything "wrong" - but I am within my +-2lb range so I am safe! I am eating HIGH PROTEIN today to get that back down!

Believe I will have a steak for lunch! whoo hoo!!!

Round 4 P3 Update 4

Hi!
Ok.. so I had my 2.2 gain from Resurrection Sunday events! (Virgin Pina Colada!!!) and I did a steak/mac nut correction day on Monday and it came down 1.8 -- Yesterday, I had left over steak for breakfast, coffee with HWC (YUMMY!!!) I had about 4 pieces of my Choc. delight (another big YUMMY!!!) a Zaxby's grilled House salad with my home made Thousand Island dressing (YUMMY!) a nice piece of cheese cake through out the day - and I only had a large baked chicken breast for supper -- I had my water all day long and nice " moves" (you know what I mean!) and I woke up this morning with another 1 lb gone!

I am thinking of doing what I can to bring off 2 pounds (a correction day) even though I am .6 below my ldw right now -- just to give me a buffer! It is breakfast time right now... I really want some coffee and Ezekiel bread toast -- so I may go have that and just have nice protein throughout the day --

I started "toning" yesterday, and I can feel it in my legs especially... My friend is a stay at home mom like me, but she is also a licensed physical therapist -- she gave me some exercises I can do here at home at no cost that will help get my body toned up -- yes, I have flab to deal with now.. but that is much better than FAT!!! I will do these daily for the next 6 weeks or so and see if it becomes habit -- and easier! I surely can't hurt! I don't want to build muscle (bulk!) I just want to tone what I have and firm up some!

K... gotta run get my coffee and toast -- I will have a scrambled egg to go with that.. the more protein the merrier!

Round 4 P3 Update 3

This is Day 8 of my p3 for this round! It has been the easiest P3 I have ever done! Yes, I did go 2.2 above my ldw after eating a wonderful meal on Resurrection Sunday --but I was able to get it right back down by eating Mac Nuts and Steak and some cheese yesterday! I am .4 above ldw (within my 2 pound limit) and feeling totally in control.

I had pineapple on Sunday and I think that along with ham which would make me retain water -- is what shot my weight up -- but yesterday fixed it... I have been having cheese, hwc, bacon -- yes, it has been GOOD! No complaints!

It is funny though how I feel "down" when my weight is up, I need to not stress over it and just fix it and move on... and not let it control my moods... I am working on that.... it is just a number.. treat it objectively and not as a judgement or let it have control over me! I am getting better at it, but it takes work!

I am 191.0 today -- my ldw was 190.6 -- I am going to try to move that down to 188.6 th is weeks and stay at -2.0 BELOW ldw so I have wiggle room when I need it! I may try another steak/cheese day to move it.. and see how it goes! Right now I am meeting a friend for salad at Zaxby's -- (Grilled Chicken for me, and I'll take my own dressing thank you!)

Round 4 P3 Update 2

I was the same weight today and had GOOD FOOD yesterday! I had a large Chicken salad on romaine for supper -- with cheese, tomato, onion and my Thousand Dressing! It was HUGE and delicious!

For breakfast this morning I added 1 piece of bacon! (eeks! we will see how that goes!) I had scrambled eggs with ez bread 1 piece of bacon and a lil' cheese and mayo for breakfast -- no coffee this morning so I used the fat I would have had in my HWC in my coffee and counted the bacon for that! Just had lunch of another chicken salad (1/2 piece of bacon) no cheese just lettuce onion chicken and my thousand dressing!

Supper is Steak and small salad (Tomato, onion, cheese and lettuce!) I need to whip up another dressing... ??? I will think of something? I am considering tossing all of my bottled dressings and start whipping up dressings as I need them -- so I can know there is NO added sugar or preservatives! I want a piece of CD -- I probably will go and have a piece now -- and 2 small pieces after supper tonight! If not gain tomorrow -- then YAY!!!!

I made a small batch of chicken salad with a chicken breast I had -- it has mayo and some cream cheese in it, celery, salt and peppa! If I am the same tomorrow -- I will have that wrapped up in lettuce tomorrow for lunch! -- to see how cream cheese affects me!

I feel like walking today, maybe Abby and I can hit the greenway after my dentist appointment!
(but it looks a lil' rainy right now, so we will have to wait and see!) or this evening after supper!

I want to just use "whole foods" for everything -- and cut out all white flour and white sugar for my entire family as much as possible! The struggle is really what to drink... they all like Sprite or Lemonade -- ???? I can't think of a replacement for them.... Bob doesn't do tea anymore... so tea with succanat is out.... ???

Round 4 P3 Update 1

Hi: I had my first full p3 day yesterday -- I am down 1.0 below LDW -- I'll take it!

I am taking this p3 nice and slow: Yesterday I had 1 piece of Ezekiel Bread with 2 eggs in the morning with a LARGE cup of coffee with HWC and Xylitol in it! Yummy! I was full till lunch. My hubby and I went to Logan's - I had 2 salads - 1 with oil/vin for dressing and the other with a p3 friendly home-made thousand island! YUMMY DRESSING! and a piece of 6oz sirloin (there was tomatoes and cheese in my salad!)

2 pieces of CD throughout the day
large salad with my Thousand dressing and large (at least 8 oz) chicken breast baked in olive oil!

I had plenty of water!

Today so far:
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 2 pieces of xylitol/cinn toast and coffee--
8 0z piece of steak and sauteed mushrooms in a lil' EVOO.

Fixing to have some CD and more water...
Supper, maybe I will make a small dose of Chicken salad and eat it with celery
Cd for Snack later!

Water!

That is the plan!
I don't want to count calories, just ask, "Do I really need to eat, just because I can?" -- and eat my protein first-- and have a low glycemic veggie -- treat if needed (cd!)

My Thousand Island was:
  • 1/2 cup mayo (real, no sugar!)
  • 2 TBS Dill Relish
  • 2 TBS sugar free (reduced sugar) ketchup
  • 1 TBS dried minced onion

mix it up ( I added a lil' water to make it more runny! - it was too thick! I had 2 TBS total yesterday and will more than likely have more this evening if I don't make Chicken Salad... I think a chicken breast with lettuce and that dressing is WONDERFUL! At any rate, I will eat the rest of the dressing over the next few days! It was so good!

I need to get my family on the same eating schedule as me... I don't want to continue to make 2 different meals! I can just fix them a carb side in addition to what I am eating!

Hoping to stabilize beautifully, with no issues... so far so good.. I will report tomorrow and just take it day by day! I want to be ready to add in Cheese really good this weekend (It is Resurrection Weekend and I have company coming to my house!) I will make Cauliflower Casserole (Cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and bacon!) and I will make a P3 friendly cheesecake for dessert! YUMMY!)

My Sunday meal will look like for me:
Ham,Turkey, Cauliflower Casserole, Green Beans and deviled Egg -- and cheesecake! YUMMY!!!! How good does that sound.. and left overs for supper! (Lots of water to release the water retained from the ham!)

END of ROUND 4

Well... I had to end 2 days earlier than expected. Why?
1. I was going to run out of drops for the last day.. hence making it a 22 day round --ending my drops on Saturday night instead Sunday...

2. My wieght jumped up by 1.6 on Saturday, I liked Friday's LDW better, so I didn't take the drops on Saturday! I go into p3 for this round tomorrow -- (April 3rd) -- my ldw was 190.6 -- I was 189.4 this morning. I am hoping to be down tomorrow as well... :/


I will not obsess over the scale number, I will just follow the rules -- I plan on having in my p3 tomorrow, salad, oil/vin dressing or a p3 thousand Island that I have seen.. and protein! I will have that for the next few days - and veggies if I want a snack! then I will add Ezekiel Bread and butter next -- see how that goes, then I will add cheese etc, and see how that goes... if not I will pull back on them -- but add them in 1 at a time and SLOWLY -- I want to stabilize like a charm! I am writing this here so I can refer to my plan and not stray away from it! Oh... and I will have CD too... but when??? not quite sure yet... but SOON! :) (Love my cd!!!)

Getting a hair cut this week, and color done -- sprucing up for the spring! It is beautiful and warm here! I love it!
