My weight was down 2.2 this morning -- I was hoping for a bigger loss -- the first few days are usually pretty impressive! However, I will hang tough and get this weight OFF! I know it works, and I know you must go up to come down! I just hate having the loading weight on me! Don't get me wrong, it was fun -- painful at night time when my tummy hurt during the night, but fun none-the-less!
I hope for better results in the morning.. if not I will just have to be patient, follow the rules and just wait for the weight to drop! I know it will!
ARGHHH!!!! WAITING IS HARD! ON ALL FRONTS!
