R4 VLCD 3

Lost 3.8 for this morning -- tomorrow I will have all loading weight off plus maybe a little more! Yay!!! Nothing new to report today:
Menu yesterday:
  • Steak and Spinach for lunch (Melba)
  • Orange for snack
  • 1 Tbls. Milk (Straight)
  • 1 oz. of ACV shot
  • Fish and Cucumber for supper (forgot my melba)
  • Apple for snack (sprinkled with xylitol)
  • Water -- plenty of water!
Not hungry at all... felling good -- sleeping well so far -- no problems!
