Yesterday I ate:
Roast prepared with lite soy sauce and onion soup with green beans
tuna with a small amount of mayo
flounder
small amount of nuts
small piece of cheese
1 cup of coffee with half and half with stevia
I was up 1.2 this morning! making my weight at 210.6
PRoblem: Not enough calories or protein! I gotta get that in!
Today so far:
small amount of nuts
Cheese and dill pickles
sauteed chicken on a salad with ranch dressing
2 egg whites
Planning on having Taco Salad for supper -- fixing to go eat a protein snack -- of what? I have no idea!
I am drinking my water, but need to drink more of it!
