My weight today was 212.6 -- Gotta get the next 14 lbs off QUICK!
Menu today:
1 grilled chicken salad with ranch
2 tbs Pecans
some cheddar cheese for snack
Water
Hamburger Patty with 1 piece of bacon and some cheese
salad with butter lettuce/red onion/ tomato with Italian dressing
1 avacado
Pecans for snack
May have a coffee for dessert, not sure yet! --
This menu was lower in protein than I needed... I think.;...
had 1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice also. Let's see what the scales to tomorrow!
