Today is the beginning of VLCD #4 -- I am at a net loss of 1.4 so far! I was 200.4 this morning -- tomorrow I will see the 190's again! hopefully the last time I will see the 200's on the scale! But I thought that last time as well. I just didn't get under 200 far enough to not go over again... that is one of the main reasons I am doing this round -- to get WELL under 200 -- shooting for 185!
I PRAY I MAKE IT TO 185 or LOWER!
I am adding a picture today -- to just have a remembrance of where I am ... not to be vain... I have actually HATED my picture taken due to being SO FAT! But... I look back over my past pics and I can see a difference... It is hard to see it in myself until I look back at actual photos.
You are doing a great job. I agree - looking back at pictures is when the weight loss becomes obvious. There are other days it doesn't feel as obvious here (for me). You are beautiful!
