Round 3 P2 Day 7 VLCD #5

Hi all!

I woke up to a loss of 1.6 today which makes my weight 215.8 - I haven't weighed that since just after Abby was born! I'll take it! I have a Dr. appointment on Jan. 31 - I want to be 207 by that day -- (yes, I want to impress the socks off of my Dr. who started me on this regiment to begin with!) I usually DREAD and even sometimes AVOID my annual appointment for the weight reason only! But.. God is helping me... and that is not the case this time. I know I have a LONG way to go.. but by the grace of the Living and One True God -- I will make it!

This is day 7... Only 37 more days to go on this round! No big deal! If I have my food planned out, it makes this so much easier to do.. I get really frustrated when I don't have a good veggie on hand -- or have not thought about it to be creative enough... I went to wal-mart/Aldi yesterday and got a large bag of fresh spinach, some frozen spinach, grape tomatoes and vine tomatoes -- so I have plenty of options for my next few meals.. I will alternate between cabbage, tomatoes and spinach for my veggies! Chicken and Round steak are my staple meats, occasionally fish.

Yesterday my food was:
  • Lunch: 100 grams of Steak with large handful of lettuce and my mustard dressing, Melba toast- and a shot of acv
  • Orange around 3:00
  • Supper: 100 grams of chicken with large handful of spinach and Ms. Dash, melba toast
  • Around 8:00 I had a cooked apple with Xylitol and Cinnamon
  • I drank a large cup of Dieters Tea last night, my water (all day) and 2 cups of coffee (in the a.m.) (decaf, sweetened with vanilla creme stevia drops)

Here is my weight for this round so far:
