My food yesterday was:
- Breakfast: Coffee with Vanilla Creme drops
- ACV shot glass before lunch
- Lunch: steak with grape tomatoes (Cooked in water to make like soup) and melba
- Snack: Orange
- Supper: Large handful of lettuce with baked chicken and my mustard dressing
- Snack: Apple sprinkled with Xylitol and Cinn.
- Water throughout the day
- Dieter's tea before bed
Today I plan on steak and spinach for lunch and chicken and cabbage soup for supper -- the usual snacks/water/acv
I went and compared my numbers -- in Round 1 I had lost a net of 6 on day 8, and on Round 2, I had netted a loss of 4.2 on day 8-- in this round, I am down 7.2 on day 8 --- so I am ahead of where I usually am at this time! That encourages me for this round to really pull off 30 pounds and be 190 on Feb. 24th!!!
