Sorry I did not write last week... I have been a lil' busy! Today's weight... (drum roll please!!!) 207.0!! I go to the Dr. tomorrow for a physical -- and my goal was to be 207 by that day... and I AM !!!!! I have been staying on protocol 99.9% -- I say 99.9 because yesterday was the first day I did a "no-no" -- I went to Cracker Barrel with friends and I had lettuce/tomato and some red onion (mixed my p2 veggies!) I was so scared of having a gain -- but I did not--- I was down .8 this morning -- but I won't risk that again! Too much scary!!! I drank a D-tox tea last night and made sure I drank all my water to compensate and help me not to gain this morning!
The last time I was at my Dr. I weighed 267 in August, and 233 in September and today I am 207.0 -- definitely headed in the right direction...
My next goal is to cross safely in the 190 zone -- and break the 200lb barrier! and for this round I would love to end at 188!!!! I am shooting for that! I will go an extra day or two to get there! Then I would only have 38 more pounds to go till goal!!!! I can feel the end being in site! This blog helps me to remember my goals -- so I will not forget!
