Round 4 P3 Update 4

Hi!
Ok.. so I had my 2.2 gain from Resurrection Sunday events! (Virgin Pina Colada!!!) and I did a steak/mac nut correction day on Monday and it came down 1.8 -- Yesterday, I had left over steak for breakfast, coffee with HWC (YUMMY!!!) I had about 4 pieces of my Choc. delight (another big YUMMY!!!) a Zaxby's grilled House salad with my home made Thousand Island dressing (YUMMY!) a nice piece of cheese cake through out the day - and I only had a large baked chicken breast for supper -- I had my water all day long and nice " moves" (you know what I mean!) and I woke up this morning with another 1 lb gone!

I am thinking of doing what I can to bring off 2 pounds (a correction day) even though I am .6 below my ldw right now -- just to give me a buffer! It is breakfast time right now... I really want some coffee and Ezekiel bread toast -- so I may go have that and just have nice protein throughout the day --

I started "toning" yesterday, and I can feel it in my legs especially... My friend is a stay at home mom like me, but she is also a licensed physical therapist -- she gave me some exercises I can do here at home at no cost that will help get my body toned up -- yes, I have flab to deal with now.. but that is much better than FAT!!! I will do these daily for the next 6 weeks or so and see if it becomes habit -- and easier! I surely can't hurt! I don't want to build muscle (bulk!) I just want to tone what I have and firm up some!

K... gotta run get my coffee and toast -- I will have a scrambled egg to go with that.. the more protein the merrier!
