Round 4 P3 Update 2

I was the same weight today and had GOOD FOOD yesterday! I had a large Chicken salad on romaine for supper -- with cheese, tomato, onion and my Thousand Dressing! It was HUGE and delicious!

For breakfast this morning I added 1 piece of bacon! (eeks! we will see how that goes!) I had scrambled eggs with ez bread 1 piece of bacon and a lil' cheese and mayo for breakfast -- no coffee this morning so I used the fat I would have had in my HWC in my coffee and counted the bacon for that! Just had lunch of another chicken salad (1/2 piece of bacon) no cheese just lettuce onion chicken and my thousand dressing!

Supper is Steak and small salad (Tomato, onion, cheese and lettuce!) I need to whip up another dressing... ??? I will think of something? I am considering tossing all of my bottled dressings and start whipping up dressings as I need them -- so I can know there is NO added sugar or preservatives! I want a piece of CD -- I probably will go and have a piece now -- and 2 small pieces after supper tonight! If not gain tomorrow -- then YAY!!!!

I made a small batch of chicken salad with a chicken breast I had -- it has mayo and some cream cheese in it, celery, salt and peppa! If I am the same tomorrow -- I will have that wrapped up in lettuce tomorrow for lunch! -- to see how cream cheese affects me!

I feel like walking today, maybe Abby and I can hit the greenway after my dentist appointment!
(but it looks a lil' rainy right now, so we will have to wait and see!) or this evening after supper!

I want to just use "whole foods" for everything -- and cut out all white flour and white sugar for my entire family as much as possible! The struggle is really what to drink... they all like Sprite or Lemonade -- ???? I can't think of a replacement for them.... Bob doesn't do tea anymore... so tea with succanat is out.... ???
